How to uninstall Lenovo HD audio manager, and install just regular Realtek HD audio manager?

Hi, I have a Lenovo Think Centre Edge 72 PC. The PC came with Lenovo variation of Realtek HD audio manager. The problem is that the Lenovo software really lacks some features such as detecting jack, using the rear blue jack for headphones, and so on. The only option I have in "advanced settings" is "Disable front panel detection", and that really isn't enough. When I uninstall it via control panel, and download Realtek HD audio manager from Realtek official web page (Windows 8, 64 bit), it automatically installs Lenovo manager again. Internet connection drops off only on my computer?

My pc loses internet connection practically every minute. It gets limited connection until i turn off and on the Wi-Fi. It has gotten progressively worse over the past few months. I have a lenovo. It only happens with my pc and not with anyone elses in the house. It happens more frequently when more people are on the internet. Please help anyone. It is bugging the hell out of me.

How to Get These Files Back?

I'm on my computer (a Windows 8 Lenovo touchscreen, if that helps) and I thought that "Moving And Replacing" files of the same name would keep both files but, apparently I just lost half of my pictures and they're gone now. Does anyone know how to get my pictures back?
