How to use built in camera of my lcd monitor?

My LCD is a Lenovo L2251x and it has a built in camera but I don't know how it works. There's no option in control panel either. I downloaded environment sensing utility and It gives me this message.
"The camera on the display is not connected(by means of a USB interface) or the display is not switched on"
Please kindly tell me what I can do to make it work… Thanks.

The Mac has a 256 ssd Intel core i5 and 4gb of ram, the Lenovo has a 512 ssd Intel core i7 16gb of ram and a radeon r9 275m but I heard this Lenovo has a HORRIBLE screen I need it for school so what should I get?

Looking for a new computer

Okay so recently, literally yesterday, my computer broke. The corner broke so I can't close or open it any farther than it currently is(about a 70° angle). I've had this computer for almost four years now and I really like it. It's an HP Pavilion dv7 Notebook Computer with an AMD Phenom II N640 Dual-Core Processor 2.90GZ, 6GB of RAM, and 64-bit Operating system. I got it from QVC so I'd like to buy through them again but I just want the communities opinion on what's a good computer that's reasonably priced. I use it mainly for surfing the web, watching movies, playing hidden object games from big fish, and a bit of researching. I'm looking for pretty much the same if not better picture quality, at least 1TB hard drive, pretty fast connection and pretty good battery life. Around $700 or so. I like hp computers even though this was my only hp, but I've had Acer before and I didn't particularly like it.

How to make Minecraft run smoother?

First off I have a lenovo y550p, intel i7 quad core processor, an 8GB of RAM. My graphics card isn't that great, I think its a NVIDIA 240m or something. Anyways my issue is that i'm trying to run Minecraft, OBS, Skype, Spotify, and my server all at the same time so i can live stream. When I do this Minecraft begins to lag and get really choppy. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I already went into java in control panel and wrote -Xmx1G which I think allows java to use 1GB of RAM. I also changed all the minecraft settngs to the lowest possible. Max FPS, minimal particals, smooth lighting off, no clouds, render distance to tiny ect.
