How to disable Fn keys on Windows 8?

I'm using a Lenovo and I already looked up how to disable the Fn keys, but whenever I restart to enter the BIOS screen option, I can't enter it. I immediately press Fn+F2 like the directions tell me, but they never enter. I've also tried pressing Fn+F10 but it doesn't work either. I play a game that allows me to set the F1-F12 keys as hotkeys and I can't use them unless I press it with Fn button. It's really frustrating.

My windows 8 Lenovo won't connect to the internet?

I have a 6 month old Lenovo idea pad with windows 8. It's had a history of not connecting to the internet, as it only worked at a certain spot in my school that has a strong signal. However, it has always worked at my house. I left the computer shut down for 3 days, then went turned it on and the internet worked. I kept using it until it died, and the next morning I turn it on and it won't connect to my home network which it says has a strong signal. I updated and restarted and the internet is working on different computers. How can I fix this?

2 different graphic cards running at the same time?

So I got this new PC (Lenovo E93z, Windows 8.1 64-bit) a few days ago and it has 2 graphic cards 1. AMD Radeon 8730A and 2. Intel HD Graphics 4600. Am not yet sure if there both running at the same time (but if there's a way to know please state it below). And if there not running at the same time is there a way to make them do so?
