I'm looking for a laptop that must at least have an i3 core, and graphics card(prefer nVidia), optical drive, 15.6", and at least 4GB RAM. $500 - $650 is my budget.
Lenovo, Dell, HP, Acer or Asus will be fine, just not MSI.

That is the specs on the laptop, I can't run simple games like Counter Strike Global Offensive, and League of Legends without freezing like crazy or having frame drops. This laptop with these kind of graphics especially plugged in must be able to run these games with no problems right? I think it is using the built in intel graphics card but I'm not sure

I'm 12 years old. Right now I Really wanted a gaming PC since 2013. My brother have a gaming laptop but it's for his work (college). The Laptop is Lenovo. The specs is:

I'm afraid now to tell my father to get a new PC. Although i already watch hundred videos how to build a PC or how they work.

It's a Lenovo Z510 with Nvidia 740m graphics but I want to upgrade it to GTX 680 but I'm not sure I can in this laptop just to say once again it's a Lenovo Z510 and not Integrated Graphics and if I can please tell me how or post a video
Heading out for college in a while and I need a laptop that I can carry around for lectures and play games on. I've recently looked at the gs60 ghost but it overheats due to how thin it is.
I've also looked at the razer blade but it's way overpriced. The best laptop I've come across in the lenovo y50. If you have any suggestions let me know
I have a lenovo y580 laptop and whenever I press the power button nothing will turn on. When plugged into the AC adapter the computer will not show any lights to indicate that it is charging. The laptop also short circuits the Ac adapter because the voltage goes down on the Ac adapter after plugging it in and unplugging it. What could be the problem?

I was wondering if it would be able to be used for moderate gaming even though it doesn't have a dedicated graphics card.
When a laptop has integrated graphics, does it perform better if given a fairly powerful processor and a good amount of RAM?
I've had this laptop for around 2-3 years, and it's been going on for as long as I can remember. The backlight/lighting would keep going down. At least before, I'd be able to readjust it back to normal, but for the past couple days I've been unable to do so. I tried restarting-- nothing. I think this was after the laptop upgraded itself to Windows 8.1?
I'm not really much of a tech person. Anyone have any idea what I can do?
