Halp please, I'm looking for a laptop that handles very minimal photoshop, while handling all games excellently, and can handle schoolwork
I was looking into the Lenovo Y510p but wanna hear your suggestions
I produce music, but my laptop crashed. I'm getting a new one but not too sure whether MacBook Pro or Lenovo Yoga 2. I use Cubase, PropellorHead Reason 5, Fl Studio 11 and Ableton - All INSTALLED FROM CRACKS.
I need a laptop which -
-Is Very Fast
-A lot of space
-Backlight display
-USB 3.0 Port
-USB 2.0 Port
-Easy to move around! (Travel a lot and produce everywhere, even in public bathrooms lol)
-Won't break easily
-Can install cracked programs on them
-Wont cost a lot to keep up (For example, a mouse can't cost $200, must be around $20 at most)
-can connect to hd monitor (doesn't matter whether I need to purchase a Converter)
-and is relatively good for gaming.
But most important it must be fast!
And affordable!
And preferably small, light and convenient, hopefully so it can fit in a backpack!
I deleted a few programmes off my laptop last night and now it doesn't have any sound coming out, when i play music or watch videos on youtube, i might of deleted a programme that lets you listen to music on my laptop but i don't know how to get it back now. I don't know what it were called or have no idea on how to get it working.
when i play music on my laptop it will come up with windows media player as usual but then a message when appear saying
"Windows Media Player can't play the file because there's a problem with your sound device. There might not be a sound device installed on your computer, it might be in use by another program, or it might not be functioning properly."
can someone please help me out cause its really doing my head in, thanks ever so much if you can help me
I have a P400 Touch from Lenovo with Windows 8, and it's been having issues playing audio. Sometimes the speakers work and sometimes they don't. Sometimes the headphones work, but not always. And sometimes, if I have headphones plugged in, it will play sound from both the headphones and speakers, or sometimes neither.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling my default audio driver, and it made my headphones work until I shut my laptop down and rebooted it. At the moment neither my speakers nor headphones work. Does anyone have any advice, other than trying to fix the audio drive thing? Because that didn't work.
The keypad on my lenovo thinkpad is not properly working. I will be typing something and the cursor will move to the middle of the sentence I'm typing and screw up everything. I really can't take this anymore I need a solution.

I would like a good laptop but as cheap as possible with these requirements: I want a laptop with really much HDD space for games, movies, videos and a lot of HQ photos and I want it to have a built-in camera and mic. I don't want an apple laptop, just the regular windows one, I already have a windows 7 CD.

when got it for the first time i play all games using ULTRA settings in video. Games like prototype 2, need 4 speed the run, nba 2k14, etc. I repeat all video settings are maxed. Now after several months, after several reformats, now i can only play nfs the run on LOW video settings. Even it is in low settings, the game is still slow, like i'm racing in slow motion. It is very slow. Also playing League of Legends in very low video settings. What did you think i can do to make it faster like when i just first had it? And what maybe the reason it is slow? I used the same drivers and i always update them.
My laptop screen and status lights don't turn on when my computer boots. I know my Hard drive and whatnot works fine because I plugged into my TV monitor to post this. I have a refurbished Lenovo Thinkpad R400. The screen and the status lights along the top of the keyboard (you know the ones that tell you if caps is on, if you're plugged in etc.) don't light up at all. Sometimes I can barely read the screen if I shine a light on it.
Please tell me what you think it is and if you think I can fix it myself and if you include directions you get top answer!
