At what price should i sell my laptop?

Hello Friends I want to sell my laptop which I bought in 2011
its configuration is
-8GB DDr3 ram
-Intel Core i5 460M clocked at 2.53GHz (1st gen i5)
-Nvidia Geforce 310M with cuda (dedicated 512MB graphics memory)
-15.6 inch screen (LED)
-full keyboard i.e has a numberpad

Brand - Lenovo
model- G560
Refurbished

After selling this I want to buy a HP laptop which has
-i3 2.4GHz
-4GB DDr3
-1GB Nvidia Dedicated

I want to buy thins because all the games lag in my laptop even my neighbor who has intel HD 4000 can run games better than my laptop

Doubts regarding some games' graphics?

I happen to own a Lenovo B560 laptop with intel core i3 and 8gb ram… It has basic Intel graphics…
I'm thinking of buying Need for Speed Rivals or Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3, do you think they will work?
Point is that since all the websites showing their system requirements, mention Nvedia graphic cards (i don't know how to compare those with mine) but games like FIFA 13 and Burnout Paradise work flawlessly…
Do you think i should buy those games?
What other games do you suggest that could work on my laptop?

Why does my computer make beep noises?

I'm experiencing a beeping noise coming from my computer. If I put in a headset it will stop, but if I tap my headset it will make the beep noise. Same as for the laptop, if it does stop (rare) I give it a little tap to the right of the touch pad it will beep again. I don't know if this is because the microphone is catching the noise or if its an internal hardware problem. Here are my laptop specifications:

Cheap laptop for college that is good for videos and Microsoft word etc?

I have a desktop at home but I need a moderately good laptop so I can work on projects at school, mainly Microsoft office stuff like word, PowerPoint etc.

But the second main thing will be video streaming anime, and watching it on my laptop.

Max I would like to spend TOTAL for shipping and taxes is $450, because it doesn't need to be super just able to do the things I listed.
It needs to have Windows 7 NOT 8.

Any recommendations?

My keyboard is so messed up?

I could really use some help! My keyboard on my Lenovo laptop started going crazy such as letters like S, Z, X W CRTl Fn and basically most of the left side
From what I can see this is what happens
S = as (these are what happens when pushing the button)
X = zx
Ctrl = '
And much more but is there a fix to this?
(I'm using an on screen touch keyboard to get this typed)

Are there any good fps game playable with a 32mb video ram?
