How to get my flash drive files to open again

Okay so the other day, a friend of mine used my main flash drive to save an essay for psychology from her Mac laptop. For some reason it didn't work or something so she used my extra one instead. Now my main flash drive is completely empty of all my files and my other one is perfectly fine when i plug it into my Lenovo laptop. WHAT DO I DO? Every time i try something on command prompt it says there's not enough space in the disk to restore lost files. What does that mean? Someone please help i had so much important stuff saved on my flash drive. Would it possibly open on a Mac?

Looking for a Quality Built & Reliable Laptop. Currently, Leaning towards the HP. Is that a wise choice. I don't think I need for SSD.

How to get my data from the hard-drive of my old laptop?

My old laptop doesn't work anymore, but its hard-drive is ok. It was a Dell XPS M1210. Now i have a Lenovo W500 but i need my data from my old laptop. Is it at all possible to get that data?

How to charge my laptop in the car?

I have a Lenovo Y500 and it's one of the SLI so it requires a 170w charger. I was wondering if I could just get a cheap adapter that will plug into the car port than allow me to plug my charger in and if that will work? If not, what will work?

My Paint Tool SAI license isn't working?

I bought the license, and received an email confirming it. Yet somehow, every time I try to open it using SAI it still tells me that I need to buy a license to continue using it.

Added (1). Well I uninstalled it and found out that maybe it's the program I opened it with. Do I open it with SAI? Because immediately after I entered that last time it gave me the message about the trial period.

My computer doesn't have a cd player?

It's probably not called a CD Player but I have a Lenova Ideapad and it doesn't have one. I bought a bunch of blank CD's to start burning CD's, and didn't realize that my laptop doesn't have one. Is there anything I can buy?
