My computer has 4 gb of ram and I was wondering where I could download some more RAM?

I have a Lenovo Y510P and live in Park Slope, NY. There isn't any good computer technicians in my neighborhood to help me download more RAM. I've been looking for it for about a year and even torrenting it hasn't shown results. Someone please help because my mom is getting angry about my slow computer and thinks I got ripped off! Someone please help me!

Added (1). I went to one and they told me it would be cheaper to download it!

What the hell is wrong with my new computer?

Ok, so I purchased a lenovo y-500 laptop so I could be able to play most games, but ever since about a month ago my computer has not been normal. When i'm on youtube i can't even watch videos half the time, cause they just freeze after like 2 minutes which is very annoying. Also i can't even download anything it just stops at 99% or just finishes download and never opens. I don't understand why all of this is happening. Does anyone know what these problems mean, or how I could fix them? Oh and also I have adblocker, but i get like thousands of pop ups for somereason.

Added (1). I scanned my computer defragmented, updated everything and starting using firefox, and now everything is working.

How to fix my laptop's slow internet connection? Lenovo Ideapad Yoga 11S?

It's only my laptop. Other laptops have okay internet connection.

According to speedtest.net:
Ping: 37 ms
Download speed: 1.09 Mpbs
Upload speed: 2.62 Mpbs

Youtube videos start off blurry and slow, and downloading things takes forever.

Is there anything I should uninstall or update? I have Windows 8 and use Chrome. This is a relatively new laptop.

I have CCleaner, Malwarebytes, and Avast. I scan and clean my laptop regularly.

Windows 8 or 8.1 problem?

I had windows 8 and than updated it to 8.1.So one day I was doing some stuff on my laptop and it blocked, so turned it off and than turned it back on. As it was turning on under the big LENOVO title, it was written automatic recovery or update. There was a brief title that said the pc wasent turned down correctly.
Than it gave me a few options the first one was: continue and run windows 8.1 but when I would click on it, ti would restart and repeat the the options. The second one was to do the backup with a dvd or a usb wich I didn't have. There were 2 more options that I don't remember.Somehow i found the update option so I updated it, and now I have windows 8 and almost evry file and game is deleted.
Is there anything i can do to get back win 8.1?
I don't care about my previous games because they were almost all free to play.

Can the buyer of my laptop demand a refund?

I sold a Lenovo laptop last night through a listing on Craigslist. The laptop was in complete working order last night when I sold it, but this evening the buyer contacted me saying that it was now 'not responsive' and that he can't get it to do anything. He said he was going to try to re-install Windows on it and get back to me tomorrow, but if it didn't fix the problem he would request a refund.

Am I even obligated to give him a refund on the computer? I sold it for a lot less than I probably should have, and I have never had a single problem with the computer over the two years I have owned it.

It just seems a bit sketchy that now it seems to be having all of these problems, and the fact that he is re-installing Windows on it bothers me too.

I live in Nebraska.

Is my graphics card (integrated) better or up to par with an ATI Radeon x1300 card?

Ok so, I'm not very savvy with graphics cards and such but I'm learning. Heh.

It's a Lenovo Ideapad N586. It has an AMD A6-4400M APU with AMD Radeon™ HD 7520G integrated graphics card in it.

I'm trying to learn how to distinguish which graphic cards are better than others so I know what games can run on my specs. I have my eyes currently on Goat Simulator so I checked it's minimum spec requirements and it says that the minimum graphic card it needs is an ATI Radeon x1300. I've been reading up on how graphic cards work with their numbers to tell which ones are better but apparently that only work on cards of the same kind.

So ye, 2 questions here i suppose. Is my graphics card able to to match up to that? And also, how can you tell which card is better than the other when they are two different card types/brands?
