Lenovo Z50-70/ USB won't boot. Any

I'm trying to boot Windows 10 from a USB drive. I have installed the Windows 10 ISO file on my flash drive using ISO to USB. I have disabled secure boot and switched to legacy first, I even moved the USB option up on the boot order. Still, nothing works. I have an Lenovo Z50-70 if that helps.

Computer troubles: wouldn t shut down properly, won't boot up now, No Signal, no error message

I have a new PC, a Lenovo ideacentre, that I've had less than two months. It had been beeping twice whenever I turned it on, and I had ignored it; I d never had a computer that had a beeping-based error code before, so I figured it was just something Lenovo PCs did.

In any case, last night, I went to turn it off via the Start menu s power options and instead, it dropped me at the login screen. I figure I misclicked and try it again, from the login menu s power options, and it does the same thing; I click Shut Down, and the screen flashes off for a second or two, then comes back on at the login screen. I do it one more time, then just decide that I ll turn it off at the button and figure it out later if the problem doesn't fix itself, as they re prone to doing.

This morning, I go to turn it on, and it won't boot. Or rather, it tries to, does its two beeps, then just sits there, the screen displaying a gray box with the words, "No Signal," in it. If I press a key on the keyboard, or more or click the mouse, it acts like it's trying to boot again, beeps twice, then sits there some more.

PC case? Standard atx or micro atx?

So I'm just gradually upgrading my PC and I ran into an issue. I don't know what size atx I have. The stock Mother board is from the lenovo H50-50 (came with i3 3.6GHz & 6bg of ram). What i got from CPU-z was
Model: Lenovo Sharkbay 31900058 STD
Chip set: Haswell

Problem with Lenovo G710 suddenly acting slow

Problem with Lenovo G710 suddenly acting slow

Added (1). My lenovo G710 is about 4 years old, had no problems so far but recently it started acting very slow in games mostly. Lenovo solution center hardware scan showed yellow exlamation marks for smart short self test and smart drive self test (ST1000LM024 HN-M101MBB), but apparently no problems were detected. Is my HDD failing? Is that why its so slow?

Added (2). Disk usage sometimes randomly spikes to 100% for a moment.

Added (3). I'm running i7-4702mq, gt820m and 8gb ddr3

Monitor input signal out of range

So I just bought an PNY Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 ti, and a 21.5 inches lenovo monitor. Everything works nice.

But I wanted to use my old Lcd monitor (HP vs17e) which only supports VGA. But my graphics card doesn't have VGA input. It has HDMI and DVI. So I bought an HDMI to VGA adapter. Used it on old monitor. Computer starts okay, but before login window, my monitors goes black and says "input signal out of reach, change settings to 1280x1024 60hz."

So I used my new monitor, change resolution to 1208x1024, changed refresh rate to 60hz. Then used my old monitor but the same problem persists. What am I doing wrong?

Here is the adapter I'm using:

How can I get my old monitor to work with the new graphics card?
