Why isn't my Dedicated Graphics card being utilized?

I have a Lenovo G510 with Intel Core i7-4702MQ @ 2.20GHz, 8GB DDR3 Ram, and Intel Integrated graphics 4600 with 2gb vram as well as an AMD Radeon HD 8600/8700 chipset with 2gb vram as well. I think my AMD is an AMD Radeon HD 8750m to be exact. I went on amd catalyst control center and set the graphics settings of just cause 2 to high performance and when I ran the benchmark on Just Cause 2 it gave me an average fps of 28 and it told me that it used Intel Integrated Graphics 4600… Why can't I get my amd card to work?!

How to get my phone to connect to my PC?

I have an Android Z992 and a Lenovo that runs Windows 8. I used to be able to bluetooth pictures to and from either, and I could access my file on my phone through the charger cable, but now I can do neither. There's no alert when I try to bluetooth stuff. It just says transfer failed. When I try to access the files through the cord it says it can't access remote bluetooth files and that the device may be off, even if it's not. Is there a way to fix this?

Is this good for gaming? Mostly COD, Battlefield, Etc. (Mid settings)?

I have a Lenovo G580 (Discontinued) with an Intel core i5-3219M @2.50Ghz (Overclocked with Intel Extreme Tuning Utility) [3.1Ghz?] and 6GB of RAM. I'm even using a 16GB pendrive as Readyboost and have 133GB free of 195GB. I also changed the battery settings to maximum performance and even use Razer Cortex. Will this be enough for COD? My specs:
MB: gigabyte ga-b75m-d3v running UEFI dualBIOS version f5
500w PSU
8 gigs of ram
PCIe wireless card
ASUS gtx760
HDD: WD5000aakx
CPU Intel 3550k (i think)

i don't know if it makes any difference, but in order for me to access my BIOS i have to plug the DVI cable directly into the motherboard and therefore take my Graphics card out. So the installment process is w/o the graphics card. And i'm installing via a USB
