Why are the videos on my laptop glitching out?

When a video is shown or is up on my laptop, most of the time, it will start to glitch out for a few seconds to a minute. (Picture shown) The video works fine, just shows up with green glitching up near the top. I notice it the most on YouTube and Facebook videos. It is only on the videos and doesn't show up any other time. The laptop brand is Lenovo if that is any help.

Added (1). I have a new Lenovo yoga 500, and I reupgraded my laptop to win10 after I refreshed my entire system once (I had some problems, nothin to do with my problem now)
but laptop turned off cause I used up my battery. Now it's stuck on the loading screen.

It's not frozen
Sometimes goes blank then back to the loading screen
A page pops up sometimes
The screen sometimes goes blue or green
I have a cursor that actually moves
It's shuts down and turns on properly
left it for 1 day and night.
Please help

Added (2). Yes, I know it's not a proper system yet and still has to report to the windows regularly, and I can get the current win 10 for free right now.

I have my new Laptop Lenovo IdeaPad Z40-70 with these spec:

CPU: Intel Core I7 4510U (2.O Ghz Turbo Boost to 3.1 Ghz)
RAM: 12 GB (with Corsair Vengeance)
VGA: NVIDIA GeForce 840M (384 Cuda)
HDD: 1 TB

Can I play this game on Medium Settings? Please to answer this question. And sorry for my bad language.

My laptop Lenovo U430 won't turn on after putting it to sleep mode?

This has happened before. I put it into sleep mode, come back later and then the power button has stopped blinking like how it's supposed to when its on sleep mode. When i press any key or press the power button nothing happens as if the laptop is dead. When i plug in the charger the light saying its charging still comes on. This is the second to time it has happened. The first time i just waited a few hours and came back and pressed the power button and it turned on. This time i've waited two days and it still doesn't power on as if its dead. Any help?

New Windows 8 laptop doesn't seem to have a keyboard driver?

My friend received a new, untouched, Windows 8 laptop. However when loading it up and setting it up, he could not type using the keyboard and later when attempting to unlock it as he thought it might be the issue, he couldn't find a driver to begin with. How could he fix this? It doesn't seem to be a hardware issue, just the missing driver. Could I somehow identify what driver his computer needs? Is Driver Booster an option? His laptop is a Lenovo TP00048A.

How to switch from ELAN to Synaptics?

I had always used the synaptics driver for my laptop (lenovo Y50-70) and i was happy with it but now after updating to windows 10 it got switched to another driver called ELAN and i really don't want it because the gestures don't work there. I tried uninstalling it so many times but it didn't work and the options menu is just grayed out so i can't press that. Is there any way i can remove it?
