Can i upgrade processor in my laptop?

and i'm not at all satisfied while playing games its gives lags (game strucks and have to play in very slow motion)

consider me a newbie and tell me if i can do anything to inrease clock speed to like 3.0 ghz or more

Lenovo B575 problem with playback?

So, about a month ago, my laptop quit working, would get stuck at the startup screen, so I took it to our local computer repair shop, and they informed me that my hard drive was fried. So, they replaced my hard drive with a slightly better one.

Ever since I had gotten my computer back, it doesn't do well with video and audio playback, it skips and freezes while playing videos, and with audio-only playback, it makes a buzzing sound occasionally during the audio clip… (also does this to the audio during video playback)

Running windows 7
uses the AMD VISION engine for graphics

Laptop can't connect to public Wi-Fi?

My Lenovo laptop connects fine to my Wi-Fi at home but I have strange problems with it at college when trying to connect to their Wi-Fi.

Sometimes I can go a whole day without having any problems with the internet but most days I can only connect for about 1 minute before I lose connection.

Anything I can do? I have tried lots of stuff including firewalls and I'm using Windows 7.

I need an inexpensive but great Windows 8.1 laptop before September 2014? Can you recommend some to me?

I need a new computer. My other one broke in November 2013, so I'm typing this from my iPod. I had just gotten birthday money and I'm planning to save it for a computer. The only thing is, I'm only 15, so I don't have a job or anything. I would like an HP laptop. I heard they are very good. However, if there's another good brand of a laptop, I'll be fine with that - I just heard HP is great - my best friend has an HP laptop and it's a couple of years old and it works fine. My mother is going through money trouble, so I have to buy the computer myself. You can say I have a low budget. The most I will pay is $450. I'm planning to save my money until August 2014, also, I'll be selling a few of my things. In September 2014 I'm going into high school - 9th grade - so I'm going to need a laptop for school and my own personal use. If the Windows 8.1 laptops aren't good for $450 or below, you can recommend me a laptop a little above what I wish to pay. I'll be fine selling a few extra things of mine. So, can you please recommend a great, cheap laptop running Windows 8.1? I need one before September 2014.
