Lenovo E530 not powering up?

I have a Lenovo E530 running windows 10 and BIOS version H0ET70WW (2.04). When I press the power button the power LED turns on for around 4-5 seconds then turns off. During this time there's no other activity going on in the machine.
I tried removing the CMOS battery and plugging it back in, removing the battery and draining the power by holding the power button, turning it on with just the AC adapter and dissasembling the laptop and making sure everything is connected. I even tried removing pieces of hardware to see if any of them were a problem e.g. RAM, HDD and Keyboard.
I left the laptop off and with no CMOS for over night and the next morning it turned on. But when it boots up it turned off after 5 seconds then booted up again and entered Windows. So, it's a bit of a hormonal laptop and decides itself when it wants to boot up.
Any one have any ideas? I'm currently trying to get it to boot up so I can run the Lenovo UEFI diagnostics USB on it.

Projecting Laptop to 4K TV (lagging/FPS problem) with Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 6300HQ, Intel(R) HD graphics 530 and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950M 4GB

I have a Lenovo Ideapad 700-15ISK with following specs:
*Intel Core i5-6300HQ, 2.3 GHZ
* 8 GB RAM + 256 GB M.2 SSD
GeForce GTX 950M
* Intel HD graphics 530

My TV is a LG 65 inch with 4 k resolution, when I try to project the screen either via mirroring or as a single screen there's no problem, i can project in 4k to the TV BUT I can't get more than 30 fps when I choose 4k, with 1080p it is possible to project with 60 fps.

The result is that playback of movies in 4k are a bit lagging due to fps problem. Showing images, websites etc t a problem.

Is there a way to solve this? Or is it just that the laptop isn't powerful enough to playback videos in 4k?

Is an AMD A12-9720 processor good for light gaming?

I want to save up for a laptop, and I was looking at the Acer one for $350 on Amazon but I thought maybe somewhere else had a better laptop for the same or lower price. That's how I found the Lenovo one, which is $310 and it has an 8gb ram and 1tb hard drive, which I'm sure is okay (I can play on low settings if I have to, I really don't care). But one thing I do not know about is the AMD A12-9720 processor. The most demanding game I ever plan on playing is most likely going to be Dying light and maybe Dead By Daylight. I also plan on playing Sims 4 here and there as well as Spore and Minecraft, which I feel like won't have much of a problem with low settings. Feel free to correct that if I'm wrong!

Added (1). I also hope to get Viva Pinata.

Cloned my Drive C to an SSD but it won't work

So I recently bought a 120gb WD green SSD so I can clone my windows 10 in it. I used EaseUs to clonenthe drive C and did everything as stated on the tutorial. It says the clone was complete but i couldn t see the SSD on boot priority list on BIOS. Also, the SSD was assigned as Drive A: i tried removing the old HDD and replaced it with just the new SSD but all I get is "Start pxe over ipv6" and won't boot at all.

I'm using a Lenovo Ideapad 510. I cloned the SSD by using a HHD/ SSD caddy and replaced my optical drive since I don't have an extra HDD bay.

Am I missing a step here?

Why do I often see a spark when i plug in my laptop charger?

When i plug in my laptop charger, i often see a brief spark when i plug it in, it does not hurt me or anything but its a very brief flash when i plug in my charger. The sparks don't fly out or anything, it only happens sometimes when i plug in the charger to a power outlet. It's a lenovo laptop and charger. Is this anything to worry about?

Added (1). this has happened before with other chargers like for my cell phone, i was never hurt or anything, is this anything to worry about?
