Will this laptop run Minecraft on its highest settings?

I'm not much of a PC gamer but I want to try it out with Minecraft. My current laptop is a piece of crap and can't even run Minecraft on the lowest settings. So I went on GameStop and I found this laptop.

I'm only 16 and trying to save my money for something way more important so I wanted a cheaper laptop.

So yeah, if you scroll down close to the bottom of the page, you'll see a place where it shows all the specs. Like I said, i'm not much of a PC gamer so I have absolutely no idea what half of that stuff means.

Dota 2 delaying on laptop?

I got a lenovo T420 with i5 processor (2.50 Ghz), 4gb ddr3 ram, windows 8 64-bit and Intel HD graphics 3000. Whenever i play dota 2 on it, it's not like there are lags or something, it's just some kind of delay. The hero takes some time in responding (It reduces when i attach my lapi to an external LCD). If i look at my P4 PC, it works fine there and it only got 2gb DDR1 ram and 128mb gpu but this pc spikes cuz its just runing the game at minimum specs. In order to check my internet i tried runing it on my other 6core AMD with amd 6800HD gpu and 16gb ddr3 ram and it worked worked as butter, not even a slight miss from hand in the entire match. I've tried several servers to check it but i can even play overseas on my amd but the lapi delays everywhere. I was just wondering that can i P4 be better than i5 for dota 2? And if there's anyway i can fix this delay on my lapi please tell me that.

Is 5400rpm HDD enough for gaming and performance?

Seagate Momentus XT ST750LX003 750GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache 2.5".

He took my laptop to the repair shop when my HDD died. They installed -Seagate HDD 1SATA TB/TO 8MB Cache 5400RPM is what they installed

Laptop for school, entertainment, and gaming(not hardcore)?

I got a lenovo y510p 4 months ago, but a lot of things happened to it, and now it costs more to fix it than the price i paid. I'm now going to get another laptop, and i loved the y510p, but its SLI was inconvenient and the system got hot and noisy. Now i need another computer, and i'm considering the y50 with the nvidia gpu and 1080p screen. When does it come out? Should i look at something else? I'm going to use my laptop for movies, school, and gaming (not hardcore). All answers are appreciated, thanks.

Best gaming laptop under $1500?

I'm looking for a really great laptop for gaming and college and I have a budget of 1500. I'm currently leaning on the lento you with get 8th graphics but I'm open to any laptops within the 1500 budget

Hi, I'm stuck between these two laptops.

I love the Lenova Yoga 2 11.6 Touchscreen Convertible as it's both a laptop and a tablet.
It's lightweight and small.
The deals with this laptop are really good.
Good value for money. Not pricey at all.

I also love the Apple MacBook Air 11.6
I'm a movie maker so the iMovie would be great! Even though I could purchase another movie maker.
It's small, lightweight, I've got other apple products at home too.

Lag while playing games with battery?

I'm using lenovo y510p. And i think this problem every laptop has.while i'm playing games without charger, the game i played will be lag. I tried to change the power saving to high preformance. But it still doesn't works.is there any other way? I juz bought my laptop few weeks only.

New RAM? New graphics card? How to backup my computer? Restore?

I have a Lenovo Ideapad N580. A great computer. Intel pentium, 4gb of DDR3 ram, 2.2ghz dual core, etc. Now I want to upgrade my ram to alteast 8. I have 4 but just one. 4gh stick. There are 2 slots in the computer itself, so one is empty and the other has a 4gb.
So I called bestbuy and they said we can upgrade it, they said they can give me 2 8gb sticks for. 150$.
Couldn't I just buy another. 4gb stick from amazon? I already know how to install new ram anyway.
I was also thinking I should get a new graphics card. Before I buy games, I look at the minimum requirments. I have the stock ghraphics card that comes with the computer (whatever kind of GC that is) and I meet the requirments for everything EXCEPT that. It's terrible. I would really love it if someone told me I could upgrade and to what and where.
Also, I'd like to wipe my computer, but I'm not EXACTLY sure how. I know that you backup the files you want to keep on a USB drive, or even CDs and then wipe it but… I need a walk through.
I also haveIf you good people do answer, can you be sure to be in depth and provide links (for example, getting new ram) or videos (for example, how to backup and wipe)?
Also, if you know the answer only a fraction of my questions, STILL Please ANSWER! It's very hard to find this info!
