How to change pic on laptop that appears before windows loads?

The Goa government distributed lenovo windows 10 laptops to students. But before windows loads up a Goa emblem appears on d screen. How to remove or change it? This is not on the login screen. This appears before the windows logo even appears, it lasts for less than a second.

Doe my computer have magical RAM?

My Lenovo laptop has 2gb chip in one slot with the other empty. I'm running windows 7. Why does the properties window show that i have 4gb memory with 3.89 usable? Is there memory built into the board or somthing?

Which laptop is superior of these two?

I don't mind that one is refurbished. I don't know which will perform better in different areas. There's only a $10 difference so price variance isn't an issue.

My hardware should be capable, but I can't even get 10 fps on battlefield 3 PC?

So I have a laptop. Yes I know, not ideal. It is a Lenovo Y510P (2x GT755m Version.) However I can run battlefield 4 on ultra settings at just under 40 fps. Today I installed battlefield 3, just to give it a go. I was surprised that I can't even get 10 fps in game whether in campaign or multiplayer mode. If it helps, I also noticed that my frames seemed to be low on the loading screens, where the little blue box flashes in the corner. What was even weirder was that i couldn't get my frames to go any higher, even when I turned all settings to low and the resolution to 720p, the fps didn't even go up by 1. For this reason I'm convinced that it must be a software issue. My laptop is on windows 10 64 bit.
Things I have tried:
-running in admin mode
-disabling origin in game
-checking for game updates
-repairing the game
-checking for grapics driver updates
-restarting my laptop
-running in compatibility mode
-disabling nvidia SLI

I'm completely out of ideas, and just want to play the game (I loved it before I sold my PS3.)
So thanks in advance for any ideas/ suggestions

Help factory resetting my computer?

I have a Lenovo Yoga and I can't get it to stay on long enough to go through settings to factory reset, an error message pops up and my only choice is to turn off my laptop when it does. I can't remove the battery or hard drive or anythimg. Anyone know what to do?

I keep getting the blue screen of death! How to get past it?

Okay so I don't know what possibly could of happened to get to this situation but every time I turn on my Lenovo CD-less, ThinkPad laptop it does the blue screen. I've tried all modes including safe mode, last known configuration, etc. I honestly don't care if I get my hard drive gets wiped out because I had nothing important on it so far and I can't afford repairs right now. So how do you somehow get past this blue screen. Is there a special mode?

PS I mentioned CD-less because my own CDless laptop keeps suggesting to me to insert a repairs disc into it even though it should know I can't do that like wtf
