Is 1366x768 & 135 DPI fine for a 11.6 screen?

I've seen so many contradicting answers to this on google. I have a Lenovo Lynx K3011 which is 11.6" and has a 1366x768 with 135 DPI backlit IPS screen. To be honest, the screen is not glossy and I find the screen one of the best I have ever looked at. The whites are white (which I found to be yellow on the Asus VivoTab Smart I had before this), and as the screen is quite matte I find it easy to read.

I would be looking at sticking with a 10-11 inch tablet, I've been looking at the Dell Venue Pro 11 but from what I've read there will be absolutely no benefit upgrading to a 1920x1080 screen on an 11 inch tablet. Is this right?

Forget specs etc, I'm only interested in answers about the screen.

Windows vs Android tablet?

I'm looking at getting a Lenovo tablet and there's the same tablet with two different programs being $100 apart. The more expensive one has Windows and the cheaper one has Android. I want a good tablet to connect with my moto x phone and a good display to edit photos. Which one is better?
