What graphics cards can i put in a Lenovo m58p small?

I'm gonna write this kinda like a greentext.
>be me, a year ago
>get a cheap, but okay pc for $100.49
>Lenovo thinkcentre m58p small with a core 2 duo @ 3.0 ghz, 4gb ram
>pretty happy with it

>be me, now
>get new monitor
>is 1080p
>my computer is now super slow from the high resolution, can't even run Puyo Puyo Tetris anymore
>roblox is even slow

What graphics cards can i put in it? It has small card slots so I can't put much in. If you can't think of one, what about a PNY GeForce GT 1030 (part no. VCGGT10302PB)?

Is it possible to put a hard drive from one computer into another? If so, how?

I'm asking if I can put the same type of hard drive into another computer and use it. The computers they came from are not alike. The old one came from a Dell Optiplex (of which model I can't remember) with a Pentium 4 and 2gb of ram, and the computer I'm putting it in is a Lenovo ThinkCentre m58p with a Core 2 Duo at 3.0 ghz and 4gb of ram. I already know how to take out the hard drive from the Lenovo Thinkcentre. I'm simply asking if I can replace the hard drive in there with one from another computer, and if so, how.

Computer Audio Coming from Wrong Output?

I'm a youtuber, so I have a microphone but later found out the microphone wasn't catching my audio. Thinking this would help, I unplugged my microphone and plugged it back in. Now my audio keeps coming from my computer speaker and not my ear buds. I've tried restarting, plugging the ears buds over and over, even went to settings. I even unplugged my microphone completely, but it still comes out my speaker. I don't know what I did and I don't know how to fix it. Does anyone have an answer. I have a PC ThinkCentre M series. My microphone is a FIFINE USB-K668.

Which is better: the Lenovo ThinkCentre M710q or the Apple - Mac Mini?

I'm looking for a computer to replace my home entertainment computer. I'm only looking at Mini-Computers. I'm not nor have I ever been an Apple guy, but I would consider that for this project. The problem to me appears that I can upgrade the ThinkCentre and I can't upgrade the Mac. However, I've had people tell me that because the Apple OS runs on much lower specs, this would not be necessary. Not only do I want something that can play back movies on my TV, but I want something that can run Plex Server, and Serato Pro.

Also, does anybody have any recommendations about a Mini-Computer from personal experience?

My computer turns on and off every 6 seconds?

So today, basically I went to do my homework on my computer and it came on to say "Sorry, There was an error with your PC, we will have to restart for you." So, I wait for it to restart and it turns off. I press the power button and it turned on for like 0.5 seconds and turned off for 6 seconds and kept repeating. I tried unplugging it and even took the cover off to take a look at it and my fan it moving ang stopping at the same time the on and off cycle is happening. I have a Thinkcentre M-series. Can someone please help me?

How often do you replace your desktop computer?

I got a Lenovo desktop All-in-One December 2014 when I was 16. It'll be 4 years old soon and I'm 20 now, but my few needs such as basic browsing and Office programs remain the same. It's starting to slow down and I;m wondering if I should switch now or milk it for all I can.
