Would it really be best to buy an expensive gaming PC?

So everybody there's only one particular game I wanna play on PC which is Street Fighter 5. I know I'm not on good thread to ask this but I really want to know things before I invest in anything. Of course it's a demanding game and even when I run things on the lowest settings the game is still too sluggish and slow yes I've changed resolutions too. The computer I have is this and Specs are listed in the link: https://m.ebay.com/...1760519028

However the one I have is only 4GB of ram. The question is could I run it smoother at the lowest settings If I increase ram. And I was thinking about investing in a GTX 550 if it would help since it's fairly cheap and if it fits onto the motherboard. The reason why I'm asking this is because a man is broke and desperate. I don't care about running the game in high settings I just want enough to run it smoothly at low settings. Would investing in these improve it some? Or would I seriously have to invest in a higher end PC, I just want some insight before I make any mistakes. Also I've heard and seen people runnning the game on low settings on low end computers, I don't know how some people manage to run it.

Restore laptop from USB drive?

My Lenovo laptop needs to free up 6GB of space before I can factory restore, already uninstalled and deleted every file/program but still needs 2GB space… Is there any way I can use a USB drive? I've already tried every method for clearing space and nothing works

Lenovo Onekey Recovery says 0 bytes a minute?

What happened was that I was just playing team fortress 2 and the game froze, so I shut it off and turn it back on and suddenly it wants me to wipe all data off the computer with this. I don't know what to do

Suggestions on good gaming computer websites that does not require a lot of credit in order to buy a computer with monthly payments

So I'm trying to buy a new gaming computer and i'm trying to get one where I can do monthly payments because there's no way I can buy one with a whole price 1 payment. But so far I have tried websites like digital storm and even seeing if I can get one at best buy but for them you need have multiple credit scores. I have good credit but I just don't have multiple credit cards right now. So far the only place I can able to get a gaming computer is on QVC here

http://www.qvc.com/Lenovo-Legion-Y720-Desktop---Ryzen-7%2C-8GB%2C-1TBHDD%2C-128GB-SSD.product.E293357.html?sc=SRCH

but a lot of their computers have weird specs for gaming like a Ryzen 7 with only 8GB of ran and a simi outdated graphics card that's no better than a 3GB gtx 1060. They don't even have listed what types of motherboards and CPU coolers their computers have so I don't trust getting a gaming computer from them at all and I don't want to have to get one from them. Are there any better suggestions for me out there?

I have a Lenovo idea pad laptop and I'm having some problems with it

Every time I'm in Facebook and I want to play my games it keeps giving me a grey screen and it blacks out on me as I'm playing my games. What could be the problem I'm having? I'm never buying another Lenovo Computer again cause this computer is a real headache to work on.

All in one Lenovo computer white screen issue?

My Lenovo C40 computer has been having a blank white screen at the startup more often. Lately i've been able to fix it and get it running again by unplugging and it pressing the power button before plugging it in again, but the usual random tricks won't fix it anymore. I got the display replaced a year ago for a black screen issue (the computer is almost 2 years old).
Here's more info if it's needed:
AMD A6-7310 2.2 GHz Processor
8 GB DDR3 RAM
1 TB 7200 rpm Hard Drive
21.5-Inch Touchcreen Display; AMD Integrated Radeon R4 Graphics
Windows 10
Is there anything I can do to fix it myself, or will I have to call someone to get it fixed again?
