How long would a all in one touchscreen desktop last?

I'm thinking of getting a new computer. I have looked at the aio touchscreens desktops. They take up less room. How reliable are they and what would be the pros and cons? HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer.
How about refurbished?

Which desktop should I get? - 1

I really need you guys' help. I'm gonna purchase a Desktop computer for gaming, but am limited to buying either one of two "meh" computers. Would you guys recommend me the better-sounding pc to possibly play newer games? (looking to play Xenoverse 2, Elder Scrolls online, possibly ff15, league of legends, bunch of JRPGs) I don't care if I have to play on the LOWEST settings, if it's playable, it's okay to me. The specs for #1 are: Acer Aspire XC GB RAM: 8 Processor: Intel i5 series Graphics Card: AMD Radeon A6-7310 R4 HDD: 1TB and i'm assuming it's 3.4-3.2 GHz (keyboard and mouse included) #2 is: Lenovo Integrated graphics Processor: Intel i5 series GB RAM: 8 HDD: 2TB GHz: 3.2 Please and thanks guys

Reverse caps & mouse clicks?

First off, at random times of the day my caps lock will suddenly be reversed. When it's on, everything is lowercase and when it's off, everything is upper. Sticky keys, filter keys, toggle keys and all the keyboard options are turned off before any of you suggest that that's the problem. When this is happening, the shift key doesn't work either and when it's not happening, only ONE shift key works and it's the one on the left. Numbers don't work, it only shows symbols and the period, comma, slash etc don't work either.
Second, for my mouse.Whenever this problem happens, it starts highlighting everything if I click on any random point on the page. All the links I click open in a new window and I can't pause a video by clicking in the center of it, I have to actually click on the pause button. The scrolling wheel doesn't work AT ALL. Editing on programs like photoshop, sony vegas, final cut etc has become IMPOSSIBLE. I can't drag anything either so if I try this on my desktop, it selects everything on it and moves it randomly, which can get annoying.

This is a brand new laptop and it worked just fine before this problem started occurring and everything I've downloaded so far I believe is safe and not harmful to my computer in any way.
If it matters, the laptop brand is Lenovo ideapad 310 intel core i5.

Are Lenovo computers prone to freeze up a lot?

The reason why i'm asking is about a week ago you got a Lenovo laptop but had some problems so we exchanged it for another one with same specs and stuff

The new replacement computer was find until last night, h was on internet all day until last night when the computer at first I thought it was just the browser so I opened the task manager and closed the browser and when I opened the browser it froze up.

So then I decided to turn off the computer but it let turn it off so I had to push the power button to turn it off, risking starting automatic repair.

However when I turned it back on i the computer was updating u thought maybe the update would fix wherever the problem was, unfortunately I think the update made the problem worse it loads up perfectly find until I click on a desktop icon then it completely freezes up and can't do anything.

Graphics card compatibility?

I'm thinking of getting a used Lenovo Thinkcentre E73 pc off eBay and then upgrading it with it a AMD Radeon R9 270X graphics card, but I'm not sure whether it'll be compatible. Is there a way I can be sure they'll be compatible before I receive the pc?

Added (1). Here's a link to a website with what I think are the specs for the Lenovo but I need clarification
