Lenovo laptop won't power on?

I have a lenovo laptop (i'm not sure which type exactly) but it uses windows 10 and it is only about a year old. Recently it fell off my bed which is only around a 2 feet fall. Since then i haven't been able to power it on fully. When i try to, the light on the power button lights up and i can hear the laptop trying to start up, but a few seconds later the laptop powers off. It repeats this and keeps trying to turn on itself until i press down on the button again to turn it off which i find a bit weird. I've tried taking the battery out and putting it back in and charging the laptop incase it was dead but neither worked. I'm wondering if the hard drive or something else is damaged and if i should go get it repaired or buy a completely new laptop?

Is opening and closing my laptop harmful?

I literally open and close it like 10 times everyday to draw and take breaks. I never turn it off unless it needs to update. Its a legion lenovo laptop. Is opening and closing my laptop harmful

A quiet gaming laptop for LoL?

I'm looking for a quiet laptop for League Of Legends. I have used Lenovo y50 with gtx 960m for couple of years and this one started giving problems so was thinking about changing. The only game that I play is League of Legends and maybe Heroes of the Storm or Dota 2 but can live without them as long as I can play LoL on medium to high settings with above 120 fps. After doing some research I came to know I do not need anything above gtx 1060 or 1050 ti will do it too, but as companies are trying to make laptops thinner and smaller for portability, the fan noise is very irritating. I will not be taking the laptop out of the house, I will be using it inside the home may be taking it to a different room or so, but it has to be quiet. Or else my parents are going to find out I'm gaming at night or my little brother (with whom I sleep at night) will wake up due to the noise. I do not care how big or thick the laptop is as long as it runs LoL and is respectively quiet. With my current laptop, I get around 20~28db max and once my friend brought his Razer Blade 15 2018 model with gtx1060 and it was loud af omg like 35db at least haha I freaked out and thought I'm never going to get a thin gaming laptop haha not right now maybe when I start living alone!
