How to save an image as a .jpg file (ending with .jpg, NOT .JPEG; read caption)?

(NOTE: I know .JPEG and .jpg are technically the same thing, but the website I want to upload the image on is refusing .JPEG files and requests a .jpg file only).

I have a Lenovo laptop with Windows 10.

I have an image that I can save as either a .JPEG or a .PNG on the program it is on, but the website I want to upload it to only accepts files ending in .jpg.
•I have tried naming a .JPEG version of the image as [image].jpg but the site still will not accept it and again requests a .jpg file.
•When I right-click the saved image and click "save as", the only option it gives me is to save it as a .JPEG for the .JPEG version and .PNG for the .PNG version (basically can't convert the file after saving it).
•I have also tried inserting it into online file converters, or putting it into programs like MS Paint or Autodesk Sketchbook to see if they had a .jpg file save option, but they all save it ending with a .JPEG extension.

Autotext issue in Microsoft Word 2010?

I have Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 on a Lenovo laptop. When working in Word, I use Autotext frequently. I have recently been having a problem with certain auto-texts - I input it with the exact formatting that I want (font/color/bold/underlined), yet when I actually use it, the entire thing comes out as if it is a hyperlink (underlined and blue). How can I stop this from happening? In other words, how can I ensure that the formatting that I do is the one that is kept?

Playing Games on Origins makes my computer shut down?

I wanted to try play games on my old laptop (lenovo t420s) so i decided to download dragon age origins and play it. I tried to play but I would only be like 3 minutes in and then it would just shut down out of nowhere. The same went for trying to play the sims 4, it would just shut down 3 minutes in. Other games though like bejeweled are fine though, and it functions fine otherwise so what could be the issue?
