What can I do if think been setup with something not done?

I have video evidence I have recorded myself and in video 6 the daughter calls me a "F'in Evil Be" Someone is also playing sounds and when I turn my computer on that's when they will start. I have video evidence that when I have just turned on my computer and says Lenovo and waiting to go to sign in screen one of the noises start its every time I go on my computer it will happen of different things. The only person I think this could be is my next door neighbour as always in conservatory minding my own business and they are the one who can see me from bedroom window. But I seam to be a target with people causing trouble for me. I suffer from epilepsy & just had neurosurgery and don't need it what can I do

Added (1). I know your not in this situation so you will say that. I suffer from epilepsy and are shouting evil & die. I suffer from epilepsy and in the 18 century they use to say people with epilepsy caused witchcraft and think this is what it's all about. They say I'm suppose to be gay and other things. This has gone on for nearly 2 years and don't know what I supposed to have done. I keep my self to my self and don't bother anyone so don't know what I have done.

How to get a refund for my PC?

Nearly a year ago I purchased a all in one Lenovo PC from a shop, It was a lot of money and I want to get a refund for it as it is no longer what I want.

The shop has a 90 day return if not satisfied, which has expired now and I want to break the computer but it can't be caused by accidental damage or misuse so how can I get a refund for this?

My lenovo k3 note not suported google play service?

I brought a lenovo k3 note from china and i unable to open google play store and even google apps. While i try to install from sd card it got install and shows unfortunatly google play services stopped. Any one help me to fix it

Setting up a new computer

Hi I'm installing a brand new computer, a Lenovo H50 with a new monitor, keyboard, etc. When I first turned on the computer, it loaded then stated, "To install Windows, close Setup and restart the installation." Then I just pressed enter on my keyboard and the computer restarted. Now the computer is stuck on "Setup is preparing your computer for first time use." Please help!

2.6 ghz game for 2.0 ghz comp?

Trying to play black ops 2 on steam and it says minimum 2.6 ghz amd and ratheon gfx, but my Lenovo only runs 2.0 ghz but I have the same gfx card. What will happen if I run the game? Or will it run.
