Looking for tablet specifically to take handwritten notes on?

My first choice would be an iPad pro with the apple pencil because of how easy it is to write naturally on and take notes on, however, this is far too expensive for me.

I'm looking for an affordable tablet or note-taking device that I can take electronic handwritten notes on that actually works well.

Right now, I have a Lenovo Flex 2 which has a touch screen but styluses work terribly on it. I'm worried some tablets would have similar issues.

How much longer do you think app developers will continue to support Android 4.4 kitkat?

I have a Lenovo Android tablet that will not be receiving the lollipop update and it still works great, and I'm just wondering how much longer until I start get notifications that apps I like, such as those that stream television, or news apps, etc no longer will be supported? Is kitkat near the end or do we still have a few more years?

What do i still need to develop my Youtube Channel?

So i started a Youtube Channel a week and a half ago about drawing, gaming, and discussions. I have been using the following programs:

-Krita for photo edits and drawings
-Blender for animations (like my Youtube Intro)
-Bandicam (unregistered) for screen recordings
-Xsplit (free) for visual interface
-MovieMaker for putting a video together
-FLVTO converter (for downloading videos and music on Youtube)
-Microsoft Word to write my video descriptions before uploading video.

I also have been using the following hardware:

-A $15 microphone SH-666 Condensor Microphone
-USB PNP device to connect my microphone to computer via USB
-The Intuos Pro drawing tablet by Wacom
--A Lenovo Yoga 2014 Thinkpad laptop

I also have the OBS software on my computer, but i don't know how to work my android phone on that, so i'm using Bandicam (unregistered for now)

If you would like to see a demonstration of how I use all these things to make my videos, check this out:

So i'm reaching out to you guys to inquire about what programs i could also download to improve upon the video quality of my videos. Keep in mind, most of these programs are free.

Which budget tablet - Ematic with 512mb ram or Lenovo with 1 gb ram for $40 more?

Which budget tablet - Ematic with 512mb ram or Lenovo with 1 gb ram for $40 more? - 1

Added (1). I'm limited by both price and location, since I have a gift card for a specific store. I'm debating between 2 or 3 budget tablets. An Ematic for about $60 (avail with either Kitkat or Lollipop, but both options only have 512mb ram) or a Lenovo tab for about $100 (lollipop and 1gb ram)

Either eEmatic would be almost free with my giftcard. Is the Lenovo, while still a budget model, better ENOUGH to warrant spending another $40, or should I go for the Ematic since it's nearly 'free' to me?

Added (2). Additionally, if I were to go with the Ematic, should I go with the Kitkat or Lollipop? Typically, I'd say the newer one, yet I'm concerned about Lollipop running well on a tablet with only 512mb RAM?

Added (3). Update 3 - Another option is Galaxy tab 3 - it comes with 4.2 which I don't like going that far back in Android, but I think it can be updated to 4.4? Same price as the Lenovo.

Added (4). Sorry, another specification - the Samsung available is the galaxy tab 3 LITE, if that makes a significant difference in what you would recommend to me. I understand all these options will be lacking in some ways compared to higher-end models, but against each other, I'd like to see which wins out.
