Forgot password to Lenovo thinkpad x220?

Added (1). Hello, I have a lenovo thinkpad x220 that was given as a gift from the previous company I worked at. I have the supervisor password and the power-on password, but can't seem to figure out how to bypass the set password for the account. I haven't touched the computer in years so I doubt there's anything important. My question is, is there a way to factory reset this laptop with the credentials I DO have?

Thanks.

Added (2). EDIT: The OS is windows 7 enterprise

HP Pavilion or Lenovo Yoga?

Two of my friends recommended me these two for a laptop, I don't which one to choose. I'm taking 3D and 2D animation and I need a Laptop that is capable of making 3D models for animation and gaming. I also need it to run 3d games like gmod or Tf2 well, but I don't need it to run real details games like gta 5 or Skyrim.

Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro 2 in 1 VS Dell XPS 13 2015. Which one is better?

I'm leaning on the Yoga 3 because it will come with 8gb ram vs XPS 4g. But the XPS has the smaller form factor and nicer screen but is it worth it due to the ram? Both will be around $800-900. What's your opinion or suggest a better laptop in that range!

Can't adjust my laptop's screen brightness?

Can't adjust my laptop's screen brightness?

Added (1). Can't adjust my laptop s screen brightness?
Lenovo, Windows 8.1 64-bit, AMD Radeon R6 Graphics

I can't seem to adjust my screen brightness. I tried pressing the F11 and F12 buttons, didn't work. I tried the sliders in the settings thingy and control panel, didn't work. I don't remember exactly when
it started but last night it was still working. Ad also I had an update last night before shutting my pc down and i'm not sure if that update has affected this brightness thing lol.

Trackpad is no longer responsive?

I have a Lenovo L440 With windows 10 Pro 64 bit OS. Last week my trackpad worked as usual, I left my computer and was unable to use it for the rest of the week, in that time period my laptop died and when i restarted it, once i restarted my computer the trackpad and red button that no one uses are both unresponsive. A USB mouse works fine with it but as soon as i unplug the USB mouse, the mouse on screen disappears. There's no option to do anything with my trackpad in the mouse properties, it is only showing the usb mouse i have plugged in. In the system information, "synopsis pointing device" was under device problems saying that it does not have the correct driver. I reinstalled the correct driver (found here http://support.lenovo.com/.../DS103411) however the trackpad is still unresponsive.

How to speed up my Lenovo laptop, mostly for gaming?

I haven't really changed anything on it since I've purchased it. I've added steam, google chrome, and Firefox. Is there anything I should add/remove from my laptop to make it run games faster, and with less lag?

Overclocking the lenovo y5070 gaming laptop?

The specs are i7 4720HQ 2,6 ghz (up to 3,4 I think) and the gtx 960m 4gig gpu and 8 gig ram, will it be safe or okay to overclock the graphics card in msi afterburner to get n little bit more performance for lets say 2 to 4 hours of gaming like gta 5 online and far cry 4?

Online gaming performance

So i play elsword a lot on my lenovo i7 laptop but seem to notice a lot of lag and disconnections when i play. I don't think its my Wi-Fi as i can watch videos and play with other devices (3ds, ps3, phone, etc) on the Wi-Fi with no problems but when i specifically play elsword, its very laggy in both pvp and pve. Is there something i can do, i heard that graphic cards help, do they? If so, which one should i get? I just downloaded windows 10 but that caused more problems (see my last question). Will my game be better with windows 10 or is that irrelevant?
