Would putting an SSD in an external optical drive be worth it?

I want to buy a lenovo y50 laptop but it has only 1 hdd bays, so i was thinking, this laptop doesn't have an optical drive but it comes with an external one. What speeds would i get from an ssd if i were to put it in a Sata to optical drive adapter in the external optical drive?

Disc usage in Task Manager shoots to 100 while playing Team Fortress 2 occasionally. How can I fix this?

I play on a lenovo laptop, windows 10, did the same with windows 8, I can play League of Legends and other games just fine. Actually, I think it's Steam games that cause that because The Binding of Isaac and Team Fortress 2 on steam are the only games I know that cause my disc usage to go to 100.

Windows 10 problems! Videos won't play! Script not responding?

I recently downloaded windows 10.
videos now don't play on youtube, dailymotion, iplayer etc. The play symbol doesn't appear and the loading circle is in the middle of the screen and nothing happens.
also, very very often the internet screen freezes and script is not responding box comes up (ie. Up to three times a minute, or just straight after each other).
