How to increase dedicated video ram windows 7 without BIOS?
My Lenovo laptop's BIOS won't let me adjust my dedicated video RAM. It is currently set at 64, I need it to be at 128. My computer is more then capable of this, but Lenovo's setting don't allow me to ajust this setting in the BIOS. Is there anouther way?
I need a laptop and I would prefer it to be either Dell, Lenovo or HP.
The specs I would like is 6GB and more RAM.
CPU = Intel i3, i5
GPU = MUST be Nvidia, preferable GTX 660m.
Must have a Dvd drive.

I want to buy a laptop that can deal with gaming, i was looking around on the internet and two products caught my eye, on of them is the lenovo Y50, and the other is the alienware 14, my budget is around 1000-1200, i'm looking for a laptop that can handle… For example 64 player on a server in counter strike, thanks in advance
I was looking up cheap gaming laptops and on several websites this stood out. On a list of best cheap gaming laptops it got #1. Second was the g505. Is the z510 good enough to play games such as sims 3 without constantly overheating( like my old laptop) or crashing? Would I be able to play games like wolfenstein also?
I have a Lenovo G580 laptop. The laptop screen is busted, only lights up, but you can't see the picture. I have Windows 8 installed, but wanted to do a fresh install. I went into the Windows 8 settings and followed the method to erase my files and let it re-install itself. Upon doing this, it only boots to the broken screen, and not the external monitor. I've tried FN + F4, and FN + F7 and getting nothing. Ideas?
I want to know where to find a US retailer (not online) that sells Lenovo Thinkpads.
I've tried multiple ones. It either installs and goes straight to black screen, or won't install at all. It had Windows 7 when I got it, but I removed it and put Zorin and then Windows 8.1 and it was all working perfectly until I put Ubuntu 14.04 on it and now, no matter what I put on it, I get nothing. I have a Lenovo g570.

I bought a Lenovo laptop with high end Nvidia graphics, an Intel i7 processor, 8 gb ram, WIndows 8.1 64 bit, and it was 1000 dollars. Why can't it run simple games like Minecraft? Did I get ripped off?
Planning on getting a laptop here or ze choices: Lenovo Y50 or Lenovo Y510?
