How will make my pc run like it is plugged in when on battery?

I'm playing GTA 5. My specs: Intel core i5-7200 (latest core i5) up to 3.1Ghz, Nvidia GeForce 940mx, 4gb ram, Windows 10, 1TB HDD. I noticed that my fps drops from 60 to 9 going 60 again and then 9 every 3-4 seconds. But when it is plugged in, there's no lag. I already switch to high performance. I also changed the advanced settings so that on battery and plugged in are the same. I already set the video card to Maximum performance. I closed every other apps that are open. My laptop is new so there are not that much apps installed. How can I make my laptop run like it is plugged when on battery? What settings to change?

My laptop screen is broken and external monitor is not working suddenly.(Blank screen appears)?

I'm using Lenovo G450 model laptop, OS is Windows 7, suddenly my laptop display got damaged and now I'm using external monitor to work and it was working till yesterday without any problem, today I restarted my laptop and pressed F8 during restart, suddenly external monitor's display got blank and only green light of the external monitor is blinking, nothing appears, I'm unable to see any options too, I have restarted many times but nothing happened, kindly help me please. Thanks in advance. NOTE: I can't see any boot screen via external monitor, I can see direct desktop if everything goes well. Now simply blank screen is displaying with blinking green light on external monitor.

Calling all IT experts! Poor connectivity - I can't sit my exam

I'm not techy at all, hopefully someone can help.

I have to sit an exam, its a distance learning exam. I have logged in, and the website has assessed the connectivity of my system and it seems to indicate that I have poor connectivity. It reads:
"Status

Connection: 0.23Mb/s "

Can someone tell me what could be causing the poor connectivity? Is it related to:

1) Having too many files on my laptop?
2) Having a cheap laptop? It's a Lenovo ideapad 110, has HDMI, and says something about 3.0 (dunno what that means!)
3) The venue that I'm sitting in (I'm using my own laptop but I'm in a public library)
4) The numbers of people on Wi-Fi in the library
5) All the above
6) Other (please specify)

Laptop dead after plugged in, not charging message. How do I get it back on?

After a major system update, my Windows laptop started saying "plugged in, not charging". It would maintain its battery level as long as it was plugged in, but would never charge higher. I was too busy to worry about it, and it ended up draining one day while not plugged in. Now it won't charge. It won't come on with a new charger, nor when I take the battery out, nor with a new battery. No charge, and no power. This laptop is relatively new, and has always worked well and faithfully. It's a Lenovo IdeaPad. Surely there's an answer to this besides "get a new laptop". So many important documents are on here. What do I do now?

How do I get rid of error 0xc0000005 (Windows 7)?

I have reinstalled Windows 7 quite a bit and it will never go away and I'm not sure what it is, I was thinking it could have been the bios settings so I restored it to defaults. Still after updates it will give me the error.

Lenovo Thinkpad T520

Windows 7 Ultimate

I got an error while using Windows 7 Lenovo laptop saying 'this copy of windows is not genuine'?

I have Build 7601

I've been trying to find an answer online and one website said you need to:

1. Go to Start then Control Panel.
2. Click on Windows Update at the very bottom of control panel.
3. Now click on View Installed Updates, i'll open list of installed windows updates.
4. Find an update KB971033 and uninstall it by double clicking on it.

Problem is I don't seem to have the KB971033 update. Closest one I have to that is KB958488 (just says those letters and numbers and nothing else, was installed in 2012, pretty much all of the updates were installed at that time), and there's a 'Update for Microsoft Windows KB976902' (installed in 2010). Which one do I uninstall? KB958488 or KB976902? Also, what happens when I uninstall whichever one? Does the error go away for good?

Normal solution won't work for headphone jack?

I have a Lenovo laptop, and for months the headphone jack hasn't been producing any sound. I have tried the common methods of going into control panel, then sound, etc, but nothing has worked so far. When I plug my headphones in, it stills displays them as not plugged in, therefore I'm unable to test them or set them as the default device. If anyone has any advice, I would greatly appreciate, thanks!
