Should I delete McPhee files or leave it alone?

I have a lot of Mcfee files on my laptop yet I don't have the antivirus. Its under Lenovo(D) Application. I see in one of the folder that has all the plugins(I think that's what you call them) I was looking through my hard drive and saw a folder that said McPhee clicked on it and the list just keeps going and going. I mean is the antivirus hidden some where that I can activate or is it just useless junk. I have other antivirus soft were like the basic windows defender, cleaner etc. Avg2014 and malware bytes Anti-Malware so I don't really need it.

Can I Upgrade my Laptop Graphics Card?

I have a Lenovo ideapad Y500 eith an Intel i7 3630 QM 2.4 GHz and a NVIDIA Geforce GT 650M GPU. I'm pretty sure I can due to the dedicated GPU, but I'm just making sure before I go ahead and do anything about it.

Added (1). I will also add it has Ultra-Bay, so I'm pretty sure at this point, but better safe than sorry

My Lenovo laptop shuts down with no warning after about 45 minutes of usage when not plugged in?

I have a Lenovo T430s ThinkPad and lately it has been shutting down very quickly without warning when I have it on battery. I don't think it's the battery, because I don't get any warnings or anything about battery life and the laptop will still have like 3 or 4 hours of battery life left on it when it shuts down. I think I can trace the first episode of this to around the time I had just started using Skype on my laptop. Is it maybe the fan allowing it to overheat? I use the laptop on a hard surface even when it isn't plugged in.

Added (1). I'm looking for a laptop for college. I've narrowed down my choice to these two products. I'm planning on majoring in either software programming or business.
I'm still a freshman and looking for more interests so I'm probably going to use this computer mostly for research, word processing, web browsing, and some gaming (Starcraft 2).
I've used Macs for awhile and they're great computers but I want to try a PC.

My laptop says it's connected to the internet but it isn't?

I just got a new Lenovo G505s laptop with Windows 8.1 a couple of weeks ago. I connected it to my Wi-Fi and everything worked perfectly fine. For the last few days though I've hardly been able to access the internet with it.
It says "BTHub4 - Connected" but anything that requires an internet connection isn't working, including web browsers.
It's been working sporadically; it worked for about an hour yesterday morning and about half an hour this afternoon, but other than that nothing for 3 or 4 days.
I've tried right clicking on the Wi-Fi symbol in the bottom right hand corner and clicking the "troubleshooting and solutions" option, but it just says "Windows couldn't identify the problem"
Sometimes the list of available networks is replaced with "No available networks" but mostly it says I'm connected when I'm not.
I'm not having any problems with the internet on my old laptop or my phone, so I'm pretty sure it's just the laptop that's the problem and not the internet.
Any suggestions on what to do?

Good windows hybrid or regular laptop for gaming?

I've been looking through hybrid and flip laptops, but want one that can also handle gaming well. Mostly indie or rpg games, but if possible be able to handle mmorpgs or games that are a bit intense. I was thinking the Lenovo Yoga Pro 2 for if I wanted a flip, but I'm also considering sticking to a regular laptop with good gaming graphics that I'd be able to use while I go to college in another 2 years which would be good for taking notes and such. Any laptop recommendations?

Dual Boot W7 and Mavericks?

I currently have Windows 7 Home Premium x64 installed and want to dual boot with Mavericks. My laptop (Lenovo z580) is compatible from what I have seen. Can anyone help me out? I already have the Mavericks.iso but not a big enough CD to install. I have Mavericks up and running in a VM. (If that helps at all)

Sound on my laptop is only coming out one speaker?

I have a Lenovo y50p running windows 8, and the sound was running perfectly fine out of both speakers until I plugged in a USB headset. The headset itself only has one headphone on the right side and after I unplugged the headset when I was done using it, my laptop will now only play sound out of the right speaker. I have tried the 'right click sound icon->playback devices->right click speakers->properties->levels->balance' solution and it doesn't fix anything because it says the speaker are balanced! Is there any way i can get my laptop to play normally out of both speakers again or did i just screw up my sound system using that headset?
