Will my computer run Guild Wars 2?

I have a Lenovo laptop which has an Intel 2020M 2.4Gz processor, 4gb of ram, intel HD graphics, and windows 8.1 OS. It runs WoW at a consitent 30FPS on fair settings and i was just wondering if it would be the same?

Laptop takes forever to start(windows 8)?

Alright so recently my laptop has been taking an hour or more to start up(and i'm pretty sure it takes a long time to shut down but that doesn't bother me). When i hit the power button i hear the fan or something turn on if i put my ear close to it, but whatever turns on only stays on for a few seconds and then i don't hear it anymore. My computer will just sit as a black screen… Like the monitor is asleep or something, suspecting that it was asleep i tried hitting the space bar a few times to wake it up but nope it doesn't. After what seems like years i finally see the lenovo loading screen and it quickly starts up from there. I have tried running ccleaner, tried doing a hard disk clean up/ optimization, I've scanned for virues/malware, I've fiddled around in the startup settings by running "msconfig", disabled some startup programs, and nothing i have tried has even worked. I did go on to GeekSquad.com and they tried to remotely help me and they said that "it looked like i just needed a good tuneup," so if any of you know what they do for tuneups that could be helpful and i could try and do it myself.

When i go to the startup menu with Ctrl Alt Delete it says my last bios time is around 2.8 seconds

Lenovo IdeaPad N580
Windows 8

Processor: Intel Pentium CPU B960 @ 2.20GHz 2.20GHz
Installed memory(RAM): 4.00GB (3.87 GB usuable)
System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor

Can i install a windows os on my lenovo s215 laptop? It only has the free dos and it doesn't have a cdrom?

I was given a laptop by our school, Lenovo s215, but when i started it asked for a new date, a new time and asked for "C:\> " which continually appears whatever i do.So i did some research and found out that it doesn't support a window's os and only have the free DOS. So i was wondering if i can install a windows os even though it doesn't have any dvd drive on the laptop and how?

My Mouse keeps jumping or lagging?

Okay so i have this generic mouse which is not even a popular brand it doesn't show in google images because its just a generic mouse right lol. I decided to use it since my old one broke, it uses AAA 1.5 v batteries which i plugged in new and it has that little usb kind of like a unifying logitech one looks like it but it isn't lol

It worked fine months ago on my old friends laptop and now when i try it on mine it works but just jumps around, even one little push can make it like skip 2 inches through the screen.

it did install the drivers i plugged it in the usb 3.0 ports and it installed the window came up, it seems like it works a little better if its int he other end of the laptop not in the neearest side, but it still lags around

is my laptop compatible? I'm using win 8.1 lenovo y510p

it has the little dpi button whch i don't know how to use since the mouse keeps jumping all over,
i tried restarting my computer

please someone help

Lenovo ideapad y450 display problem?

My friend's laptop is an ideapad y450 and she's having a problem with turning the display back on after it turns off automatically (only the screen turns off; the computer/system itself stays on).

She said she was in her house using the laptop on battery, and then a warning came up saying that there's only 7 percent battery life left… So she went upstairs to get the charger but when she came back to the laptop, the screen was dead but the computer itself was still running. So she plugged the charger and tried to turn the screen back on but anything she tried didn't work (clicked the mouse, keyboard, even pressed the power button but still the laptop stayed in that condition). Then she thought that she should prolly just wait for it to charge a little but when she tried again later on, still nothing worked… So she had no choice but to force shut down/remove the battery…

So I was telling her it might be a problem with the screen…
.help please? Does anyone know how to fix this?

My laptop randomly underclocks its CPU?

I have a Lenovo G480:

CPU: Intel Core i3 2348M 2.3ghz
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 3000
RAM: 4GB
HDD: 500GB
OS: Windows 8.1

Whenever I play games I noticed that my CPU RANDOMLY downclocked from 2.3ghz to 0.76ghz. Even though I only play Counter Strike Source which is not a power hog.

Is there anyway that i can force my laptop to use its maximum performance?

I already set the power option to High Performance by the way.

Lenovo y510p harddisk patitioning+One key Recovery?

I have Lenovo y510p.It got 1tb hardisk(8gb sshd). I want to partition my harddisk, but i heard that lenovo one key recovery will no more work if i do that.Is it true? I'm provided with only two partitions one is "Windows8os(891gb)" and "Lenovo Recovery(25gb)". If i don't partition my harddisk, incase of system failure, onekey recovery will erase all my data on c drive(891gb). But if i partition it, they say one key recovery won't work.I'm thinking to partition it as c(100gb), d(400gb), e(390gb). Please tell me what to do…

Blue screen error! Can't even start my laptop?

The code says: STOP 0x00000073 (0x00000001, 0xC000017D, 0x00000002, 0xF6BE0BB8)

All the instructions for recovery require the laptop to start but as soon as it starts the bluescreen error appears and it shuts down then restarts again and again.

Even the safe mode doesn't work, it hangs for about a minute and then shows the BS error and bam! Shut down again, restart. The last restoration checkpoint also doesn't work.

I have windows XP 32-bit on a lenovo. I don't have the OS recovery CD. What can I do to just start my computer? I don't care about saving the data.
