I want something that will last me a long time. I will be running autocad and fps games. I realize the 16g ram is overkill, but is it worth it (for the extra $) to get it now rather than upgrading in the future.
I think the only difference is the $1150 one (59405667) has 16 ram (instead of 8) and the additional 2 gb SLI graphics for $270 more.

What is the best Lenovo laptop for gaming?
I have a ThinkVintage Lenovo Windows xp laptop. I use Google Chrome (thought Internet Explorer is still a program on my computer.) This morning I turned on my laptop and tried to open iTunes, but I got a small rectangular error window, saying that the Audio/Video wouldn't be able to operate properly. After some discussion and screen sharing with my sister, I got my audio on iTunes to work again (ad after downloading http://answers.microsoft.com/...4b71c1a1e5 again.) I check iTunes, yay, the sound works and the music plays! But don't hear Facebook Notifications or YouTube Videos. I use SoundMAX HD Audio.
My laptop is laggy and I wanted to get the i5 and throw it in there. Is there one that's not so power hungry but still fast? I know my battery life will not be as good. The laptop has a pea shooter i3
Okay, so I've been trying to change my name on my Lenovo laptop but everytime I try it says nothing about "change name" or whatever. All it'll really let me do is change my user account to administrative or local or something like that. I would really like to change my name on this thing! Here's some info about my computer so maybe someone can help me?:

Acer v5 is coming with 3rd generation i3 but i get flex come with 4th generation i3 and i5 as well.
acer has no graphics card option but flex provide graphics card aswell spending some extra money
but the surround sound and superb display quality is bounding me to attract towards acer. Its color are really good. Though flex provide 300* tilt option.
but beside this fact i want to know which machine will be good as long term uses and reliability.
and which 1 will deliver over all good performance and user interface.
