Can i add extra or secondary graphic card on Lenovo Essential Series G580 laptop?

I bought this laptop about 16 months ago it came with Intel HD 3000 graphic card… But most of the time its like i don't even have a graphic card i also update my drivers to max as often as possible… I want to replace it with Nvidia or Add an Nvidia graphics as a secondary graphics card… I can do that or is there any way to create a Virtual graphic card thins (Sorry if i sound stupid, I'm not a Computer biggy)…

How to take care of gaming laptop?

Well i have a lenovo y410p it runs games great but i want it to continue its performance how can i take care of it? Btw how do you defrag your files or w.e on your computer because i heard you need to do that once a month or something. I have gamebooster so i can defrag games from there but nothing else. I have avast anti virus. How can i prevent computer from slowing down. Also i have a issue google chrome slowes down sometimes or just lags how can i fix this is it a malaware issue if so how can i prevent this. I want my pc to stay fast.

Macbook Pro or Lenovo PC?

I'm looking to buy one of these laptops (links below) and I've saved up enough to buy either laptop. On the laptop, I'll be websurfing, watching YouTube, word processing, Spotify, and light gaming (League of Legends mostly). They're two very different laptops, but I like them both in their own way, so I really can't decide for myself.

A program on my laptop won't uninstall?

I Have A lenovo ideapad G580 and i'm using windows 8.1 and have google chrome as my browser.

Problem: i somehow got this adware called highlightly and i want to get rid of it, but when i uninstalled it it just froze and it's not going away no matter what i do. It won't let me uninstall any other programs as well. Please Help ME I KEEP GETTING ADS THAT POP UP AND I CAN't UNINSTALL THEM UNLESS HIGHLIGHTLY IS UNFROZEN AND UNINSTALLED! What is the best gaming laptop that I can get for around $1000?

I'm going to be getting a gaming laptop soon, within a year or so, and I want to pay less than $1000 if possible, but I would go over by a little if necessary. I have been looking at the Lenovo y510 lately, and it looks pretty good but I want to be able to consider some other options as well.
