I built a desktop with a gtx 770 and it plays every game i throw at it at +60 fps at ultra settings. However, when a cutscene happens ( like in metro last light) it is very low quality and has black lines at the top and bottom of my 5 year old hp 24inch 1920x1200 monitor. I connected my lenovo ideapad y510p too and the same thing happened. Is this because of the screen? Is it because of thhe soze? Or tge resolution of the screen? Or something else?
I'm looking to get a new PC, and I found a Lenovo All in one and Tower that have the same specs. Will they perform differently, like do All in ones work differently internally, giving them a less efficient or less reliable quality? I'm also a gamer and most gamers usually like towers over All in ones, but I don't know if they just haven't seen one with good specs or do they just have bad cons. The All in one is:

And the Tower is:

Any help or advice is appreciated, thanks!
I need the easiest way to convert my DVD videos also sometimes may movie disks. Where can I get this kind of technology support?
Looking to buy a new PC. Still not sure what I want, if a laptop or a desktop, I'm gonna move soon so I think a laptop would be better.
I'm not looking for something too fancy, in the $350-450 range that can run a few of the popular games out there like LoL, Diablo 3 etc. And that can stream HD with no lag.
I tried Newegg, but since the last time I was on the market for new hardware was about 5 years, everything is new and confusing. I don't know what is good and what is bad anymore lol.
I'm using a Del Optiplex desktop with Windows 7 Home Premium freshly installed. I have a core 2 duo at 3Ghz, 4 GB of ram, 320GB hard drive. The video card says 32 Mb dedicated memory on it. I have Chrome version 33.0.1750.149 m
--So I just put on my Windows and a few programs and Chrome and everything is working 100% fast. So now I'm downloading Avast Antivirus and towards the end of my install the monitor goes black. The computer is still on but the monitor is black. I unplug the monitor and plug it back in, still black. I reboot the computer and everything is fine again.
Last week I installed Chrome on a nice Lenovo desktop. Did the same thing as I did above and boom, the monitor went black and I had to reboot the computer. Another Lenovo that I have did not run Google Maps to well using Chrome. Now this is a brand new monitor. Not the one listed above. It did not like when on Google Maps you went to Satellite view and you started to move around. I don't get what is going on with Chrome these days. I have an older version on my other desktop and I have no problems.
It's not the monitor as I checked with another monitor. 2 different computers, same problem. On another computer which is similar, Google Maps using Chrome does not work well at all. Plenty of horsepower on this computer to boot.
Any ideas?
I have (if that matters) a lenovo g550 laptop with windows 7 ultimate and got today a regular desktop pc, i wonder can i use my laptop as a monitor for him, i don't mean to have two screens, just so my laptop monitor would be the monitor for my pc, would it be enough just to connect a monitor cable to my laptop?
The Lenovo ThinkCentre A70z is a all in on pc, and on the back there are two ports on is a DB9, a 9 pin vga in a way, and the other is something that i've never seen before. I'm trying to hook up another monitor so i bought a DB9 to HD 15 converter and hooked it up to my other monitor, but it didn't work. Any help?
I'm from Kolkata, India, have visited many exclusive stores of Lenovo, none of them having this product available. I want to buy this product with the following configuration:

NVIDIA Geforce GT620 DP
1TB 7200rpm SATA HDD
ThinkVision LS2223 21.5-inch FHD LED Backlit LCD Monitor… With all other settings.
Please tell me how to get this desktop.
I was wondering if you could help me… I have this desktop http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1607529
The current graphic card is an integrated one (with the processor) its Intel HD 2000 which is not that great for gaming.
I want to buy a graphic card for it but I don't know what kind of slot I have to use: is it PCI / Pci Express?
