I have a Lenovo IdeaPad, WIndows 8. I recently factory reset my computer due to all of the junk it had and was testing a few browsers. I found Maxthon so I kept with it, but then this came up. Whatever Upleyte is, it creates a bunch of versions of itself and increases CPU. It just doesn't go away. I tried removing it with Dr Delete but it just came back, a little help would be appreciated, here's a screenshot of where I found it.
I recently purchased a Lenovo ThinkPad L540 (WIN 8) and am curious as to if it is possible to dim the screen lower than what it goes to when I press the buttons to adjust the screen brightness. I looked through apps and couldn't find anything. Could there be a settings menu that I'm not able to find?
I just recently encountered my first bluescreen with my brand new computer. I have been installing and uninstalling a bunch of pc games, so that might be the issue. But I walked away from my computer and came back, and tried to plug my mouse back into the usb port. When I plugged it in the mouse went on but I could only use the track pad to move the mouse. So I went to restart my system and got the blue screen telling me that there was a driver power state failure and it was looking for a solution. My computer restart and now everything seems to be working perfectly fine. I have a Lenovo y410p. Should I be worried about it or just move on?
