My google chrome was taken over by bing?

So, on my computer (ideapad s210) I use google chrome and the home is my apps (google docs, mail, youtube, etc.) and I've set it up so when I press the new tab button it goes to google, and its linked to google and everything. So today I was really confused when I press the new tab button and it goes to bing search and everything is linked to bing. My home is still my google apps but the actual search engine is bing and I'm just really confused.

Lenovo Y510p SLI or Alienware 14?

I need a laptop that I can do school work on, but I would also like to start doing more PC gaming. I'm slightly torn between these two laptops. The lenovo is cheaper but I think the alienware is a better computer although i've heard it runs a bit hot at times. If you guys could give me any advice on which one to go for that would be great, or suggest a different laptop that would be good for what I would like to do with it. Also I would be looking at the mid level Alienware 14 with the 8GB of memory, not the 16GB, as my price limit is about $1400 or $1500.

Why won't my LG Optimus link with my lenovo laptop?

My laptop won't recognize my cell phone. I will charge, but it will not recognize it in any other way. I'm trying to transfer pictures from phone to computer and vice versa, as well as song. I have never been able to with this lap top. Only my old one. I checked the box in applications saying debugging, but it still doesn't work. I have tried different cords. Does not work. I have also tried all my USB ports. Still doe snot work. Lenovo tech support said that there's not driver needed to be updated, and my cell phone tech support said there's nothing wrong with the phone. Who can i depend on if both sides can't help me?

Laptop for Eldet Scrolls Online?

I'm looking to buy a new laptop primarily for school work purposes, however, I'd also like to play Elder Scrolls online. Can someone please recommend a laptop that would work for $1200 or less before tax? I'm aware I won't be able to play on ultra settings.

Lenevo ideapad y510p (haswell 4th gen i7). How can install mavericks in virtual box?

I have a Lenevo ideapad y510p with a haswell 4th gen i7 processor, 8gb RAM, 2gb Nvidia Geforce dedicated graphics card and 24bg ssd. So how would I install mavericks in virtual box? And how do i make all my components compatible with the osx? I have tried installing mountain lion and mavericks in virtual box before and it didn't work even after spending approximately 72 hours on it, so a detailed and complete walk-through would be greatly appreciated.

Best laptop for Photoshop and maybe pc gaming? Not mac please?

I'm looking for the best laptop for editing photos and draw digital drawings. I have my eyes on Lenovo Yoga 2 pro since it's a touch screen that I could use as a tablet, and the screen is better than retina, but I my friends says it's no good for these kind of things, and it's kinda small and a bit expensive too…

By budget is around 1000 US dollars, and I'm looking for a computer that other than photo editing also can play games like broken sword, League of legends, or maybe NBA 2K14:)
