I have been looking to buy a new laptop for gaming and the Lenovo y510p has had my attention for a while due to the dual GT 750m in it. Then recently the 800 line of mobile cards have been released, so I was wondering if anyone can give me answer on which would be a better choice.
I have lenovo y510p with windows 8.1, 16 gb ram, 2.4 ghz i7 4th gen, and 4gn of gt 755m sli graphics, and 1920 x 1080 resolution. Whenever i unplug, the games i play drop its fps by more than twice. How do i set it to not have this occur?

I found this one Lenovo ThinkVision LT1423 but something a little cheaper I would appreciate. Touch screen is a must and wireless connection to laptop highly favorable but not required. Also I would like a wireless keyboard too.
Also this is just cause I don't want to spend another 1200+ on a gaming laptop for school that has windows 8 on it. Their are no touch screen gaming laptop yet custom or retail. From what I researched those will not be available till near the end of the year(of 2014). So this is the supposed solution that I came up with, just not going to open the lid on my laptop for anything other than the power button.

Why the second one is dual core but it is up to 3.6GHZ which is higher than the first one?
I just bought a 8GB PNY microsd card with an sd card adapter. I have a Lenovo Ideatab, the model number is IdeaTab 12107A-F. The android version is 4.0.3
I can put the microsd card inside of the adaptor and use it on my laptop just fine. I have formatted it to fat32 and exFAT, both quick and full formatting. I used cmd to check the sd card for problems it didn't detect any. When I put the micro sd card into the microsd card slot it says that the sd card is damaged. I again try to mount it and it does nothing for a while, then once agains pops up with a notification that the sd card is damaged. I tried formatting it straight from the ideatab, but when it finishes, or whatever. It still says that it is damaged. I'm not sure what to do at this point.
My father is a wedding photographer, but right now we only have a laptop to work with when editing pictures. Basically, the screen isn't working for us, it doesn't calibrate correctly. I'm looking for a flat screen monitor for him to use. I picked out these four (on Amazon), but I'm not sure which one would work best. Any suggestions? I'm not worried about the price of these, just quality.

I don't really know what sli is so please give me a description of that and tell me if I need it for gaming? I play games like fsx, gta, minecraft, just cause 2, euro truck simulator 2, and etc.
