Windows defender and Microsoft security essentials?

I have both on my Lenovo laptop, Windows defender is disabled.
I know you can't have 2 virus protection programs enabled at the same time. Which one is better, what will happen if I enable Windows defender?
MSE has been working fine for me, Although I'm a Linux person it keeps laptop protected just fine.

How to replace lenovo ideapad p580 keyboard?

I accidentally spill a bit of water inside my keyboard. I wipe it out real quick and the keys were still working, but then when i turned it back on. Some of the keys don't work properly. I open all three screws according to the keyboard location and labels. Unfortunately, i can't get it off. Even worse, the entire number key stop working properly. I try to open starting at the top right corner using my credit card. But, it won't come off. I can't even open it. I feel like there are other screws, but i can't figure it out. My keyboard is pretty much screw up T.T

Sony Vaio Pro 13 vs Lenovo x240?

I'm looking for a new laptop for uni and I need your help.

After an ultrabook with long battery life and narrow down to Sony Vaio Pro 13 and Lenovo x240.

I can get them both at the same price but which one should I choose?!

What I'm looking for:
- Long battery life
- Great portability (light, compact)
- Durable (Want to keep it as long as it last)

I'm no computer geek nor do I play any computer games… I just want a computer that is easy to live with and will last. I'm mainly browsing the web, doing assignments, watching videos and occasionally editing videos.

Here is a quick comparison between the models:

Similarities:
- i5 Haswell 4200
- Intel HD Graphics 4400
- 4GB ram
- Claimed 8.5hrs of battery life
- 1 year warranty

Main Differences:

Sony Vaio Pro 13:
- 13inch screen Full HD 1920x1080 with touch
- 128GB SSD
- 1.06kg
- Flexy keyboard and body (but made out of carbon fibre)

Lenovo x240
- 12.5inch screen IPS 1366x738 with touch
- 500GB HDD + 16GB SSD
- 1.42kg
- Sturdy body but slightly thicker.

Which one would you choose if they are the SAME price?

Added (1). I like the sony's full HD screen, SSD and its light weight but worry about keyboard/body flex in terms of durability.

I also like the lenovo's keyboard and its awesome durability but worry about the weight and the performance of the HDD vs SSD.

Screen size and resolution doesn't bother me much to be honest unless they are a massive difference.

Which brand of laptops is the most sustainable/lasts the longest?

I'm currently looking to buy a new laptop, price range around £500-£600. I don't a little bit about laptops but would like to know which company has the most sustainable, long lasting laptop. One that doesn't break down after a year.

I have also seen many people say SONY is a good option

My Skyrim keeps crashing on PC?

It seems like every time i get near any major city, like Whiterun or Riften, it crashes. I thought it was conflicting mods at first so I deactivated all of them except the three that came with the legendary pack when I bought it. That didn't work so I tried going to Riften instead of Whiterun and it did the same thing when i came too close to the city.
Is there a way to fix this? I have a Lenovo G500 Laptop and my RAM and graphics card and everything is fine and it skyrim just started doing this randomly.

How to enhance gaming experience on a laptop?

Hi, i have lenovo g550 laptop with pentium dual core 2.1 mhz,4 gb of ram and the infamous intel gma 4500m video card, is there a way to increase a bit the gaming experience besides lowering the graphics of course, see i can play gta iv and prototype relatively good on the lowest graphics but it is still a bit slow, overclocking the video card isn't possible on a laptop i hear so any ideas?

Would this laptop run games?

http://www.staples.ca/en/ASUS-VIVOBook-X202E-DH31T-PK-CA-Touchscreen-Laptop-116-18GHz-Intel-Core/product_276314_2-CA_1_20001

I'm mostly looking for a computer for school just to do basic things, but it would also be nice if it could run some online games (like World of Warcraft or Rift for example). Is this powerful enough or should I be looking at higher priced items? I know this isn't the best model I could get but I don't have a large budget.

Added (1). Thanks for the quick responses, what should I be looking for in a graphics card? I might wait a few months so I can save more money to invest in something better, but what should I look for when I do?

Good gaming laptop for 600-700?

First of all. The price range is very strict. I can't go over 700:(.

The laptop should be able to play games like GTA V BATTLEFIELD and games like them.
