So I decided to buy a new laptop for my university and I found 3, and can't decide which one to choose.

I'm heavy laptop user, not necessarily gaming, so I really care about build quality and also I'd like that this laptop wouldn't be completely outdated for a few years.

Added (1). My Laptop is Lenovo think pad edge E420 & is few years old. A few days ago, it just dropped Wi-Fi & has refused to reconnect since. Troubleshoot says "detected router access point". I shut down & restarted comp, deleted unnecessary programs, potential viruses, rebooted router, changed location, deleted teredo but nothing. I deleted & reentered Wi-Fi network but nothing. Network drivers are working too. Otherwise laptop is working well. Other gadgets are connected to Wi-Fi fine. Please help!

Added (1). hey. I have a Lenovo 510s ideapad 14lkb laptop. I have a problem with the fan noise, Lenovo support told me to adjust the fan speed by a software. Anyone can send me or help me to know which app to use and how to config?

** i updated the latest versions of all my drivers, the problem is that the fan run at low cpu temp like 35 and just on browsing and watching youtube!

I have a levovo laptop that i bought from a local store and they said they won't repair it but they said to contact Lenovo, so if i do get a repair within the 1year warranty, is it for free and do i have to ship it back and wait, how long would it take? Added (1). I can't find the physical Lenovo store. This laptop i bought, has a short cord and i have tripped over it several times, also when i first bought the laptop, it has poor signal/ Wi-Fi connection, there's only internet signal at certain places in my home, other people who have a laptop don't have this issue, so i know its this laptop. There's hardly any visible damage but when i open the laptop, i can hear a crack on the right hinge, and I'm worried if it'll eventually break or crack.

Lenovo Yoga Laptop - Shut Down and Sleep Issues?

My laptop is a Lenovo Yoga (Machine Type Model 20CDX00) that has problems with shutting down and sleeping sometimes.

The problem started after I restored my laptop with a clean copy of windows 10. I installed all of the drivers and I also updated my BIOS. I noticed that sometimes my laptop would not shut down completely and the battery would just drain in the blank screen that I couldn't do anything about. This also happened with sleep to. Not all the time, but sometimes. I tried to turn of hibernate and also fast start-up. But, that did not work. I, then, restored my computer again and I tried to reset the BIOS to the original BIOS. I'm still having these problems even after the restore which makes me believe that the BIOS is at issue because it is ROM and would not have been changed by my restoring of the laptop. But, I did try to reset the BIOS to a previous version. So, I'm stuck and I do not know what to do.
